Where is my order? 

After shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also visit our website and log in to your account here. Once logged in, you can view your order history and see the current status of your orders.

How long will my order take to be delivered? 

Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days, depending on your shipping address.

My order was marked as delivered, but I can't find it—what should I do? Sometimes packages are marked delivered 24-48 hours early. Please check around your property and with neighbors. If it’s been over 48 hours and you still can’t find it, please file a claim here, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Where is my package coming from? 

Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Northern Idaho.

What postal carrier do you use? 

We primarily use UPS Mail Innovations, which can ship to both P.O. and non-P.O. box addresses. Expedited orders are usually shipped via FedEx.

Will my order be shipped discreetly? 

Yes, we ship in plain brown boxes with "Foria Wellness" on the return label. Your bank statement will also show "Foria Wellness" or "Eden Partners." We don’t include pricing on the packing list.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available based on package weight, with delivery in 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.

What if my package gets lost or damaged in transit? 

If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim here, and we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
