Where is my order? 

After shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also visit our website and log in to your account here. Once logged in, you can view your order history and see the current status of your orders.

How long will my order take to be delivered? 

Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days, depending on your shipping address.

My order was marked as delivered, but I can't find it—what should I do? 

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered by the mail carrier 24-48 hours before they actually arrive. We recommend checking your front and back porches, side doors, garage, and even with your neighbors to see if your package was tucked away or delivered nearby.

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, they’re the best ones to track its location. You can reach out to Amazon Shipping, DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx with your tracking number for more details.

Where is my package coming from? 

Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Nevada.

What postal carrier do you use?

We use Amazon Shipping, DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx

Will my order be shipped discreetly? 

Yes, we ship in plain brown boxes with "Foria Wellness" on the return label. Your bank statement will also show "Foria Wellness" or "Eden Partners." We don’t include pricing on the packing list.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available based on package weight, with delivery in 2-5 business days and can be added at checkout. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.

What if my package gets lost or damaged in transit? 

If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to our team within 72 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it for you.
