What should I do if my order is being held or has been rejected by customs? 

  1. Contact your local customs office: They can provide more information on why your package is being held or rejected. Sometimes, customs may need additional documentation or have specific questions that you can address directly. If they require more details about the ingredients in our products, you can find certificates of analysis here.

  2. Reach out to us: If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us here. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that customs regulations vary by country, so it’s important to be aware of any restrictions on importing CBD or other botanicals into your location.

My international order seems stuck - What should I do? 

What to Do If Your International Order Seems "Stuck"...

  1. Check with your local customs office: Sometimes, packages can get delayed in customs. Contact your local customs office with your tracking number—they may have more information on the status of your package.

  2. Reach out to your local postal carrier: Your local postal carrier can also help track down your package when you provide them with your tracking number.

  3. Tracking delays: Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier in another country, tracking updates can be delayed and don’t always sync with the tracking system. This can make it seem like your package is "stuck" even when it’s still en route.

  4. Be patient: International shipments can sometimes take longer due to customs regulations and processing times, especially for CBD products. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of shipment for final delivery, or up to 6 weeks during high-volume periods like promotions and holidays.

  5. Reach out to us: If you’re still having trouble or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help and will do our best to assist you.

Can Foria products be shipped worldwide? 

We’re happy to ship to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to restrictions on the importation of CBD and certain botanicals, like Kava. These restrictions vary from country to country, and we do our best to stay up to date with the latest regulations.

As a customer, it’s important to be aware of your country’s importation restrictions for CBD products.

Currently, we’re unable to ship to the following countries:

Do you ship to Canada? 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship our products to Canada due to regulations around CBD import. However, a selection of our products may be available for purchase from XOXtoys.
