Standard Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders. The average transit time is 3-6 business days, though it may take up to 10 business days for the first delivery attempt.

Expedited Shipping:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package, with an average transit time of 2-5 business days until the first delivery attempt. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times for expedited shipping.

At this time, expedited shipping is not available for orders being delivered to P.O. Boxes

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US Territories:

For these destinations, standard shipping is available with a flat $10 shipping fee. Your package is not subject to customs declaration, but please note that we do not guarantee shipping times to these locations.

International Shipping Policy:

• At this time, we offer international shipping to the United Kingdom and Canada only. We do not currently ship to any other countries outside of the United States.

• International Shipping fees are paid by the customer based on destination and weight of the package. 

• There is no average shipping transit time for international shipping as it varies from country to country. 
• The customer is responsible to pay any customs fees or tariffs incurred by the destination country.
• Depending on the country of destination and varying regulations around CBD, some packages can take several weeks to clear customs.   If your tracking shows a delay in customs, please contact them directly to see what they need.    We are happy to provide additional product information to customs upon request. 
• We cannot guarantee that all packages will be cleared by customs and reach their destination.  
• We cannot guarantee shipment times outside of the US.  

Please be aware that any customs fees or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes, packages can take a bit longer to clear customs, especially with varying regulations around CBD. If your tracking shows a delay, it’s a good idea to reach out to your local customs office for the most up-to-date information. We’re also happy to provide any additional product details they might need.
